Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 19, 2025

These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions under which Roofing Company Sioux Falls provides residential and commercial roofing, roof repair, roof replacement, and gutter cleaning services to clients throughout Sioux Falls, South Dakota and surrounding areas.

1. Service Agreement

When you request our services, you agree to receive a quote, and if accepted, enter into a service agreement with Roofing Company Sioux Falls. All terms, timelines, warranties, and pricing will be clearly outlined in the service contract before work begins.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are free and based on the information provided during the initial consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on material selection, structural conditions, and changes requested after the agreement is signed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are clearly stated in each contract. We may require a deposit prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include check, credit/debit card, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Scheduling and Completion

Project timelines will be discussed before work begins. Weather conditions and unforeseen structural issues may impact project duration. We commit to completing each job efficiently and keeping you informed throughout the process.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Roofing installations and replacements typically include a workmanship warranty, which will be specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials may also apply.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the worksite and securing any necessary permissions (e.g., HOA, city permits, etc.). We also request that pets, vehicles, and valuables be secured during the duration of the project for safety.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service before work begins. Any cancellation after materials have been ordered may result in restocking or handling fees. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or site conditions.

8. Liability

We are fully licensed and insured. However, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing structural conditions, hidden mold, or other undetectable issues unless caused directly by our negligence.

9. Safety Compliance

Our crew adheres to all OSHA regulations and follows strict safety procedures on every job site to ensure the safety of both workers and residents.
